Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters, especially when what you’re buying is personal. This Privacy Policy explains how Figa Ventures LLC d/b/a Figa Intimacy (“Figa,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit figaintimacy.com (the “Site”) or buy from us.

The short version: we collect what we need to ship your order and run the Site. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share your purchase history for advertising.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, and the products you buy. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Email sign-ups: your email address if you join our list.
• Messages: anything you send when you email us.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and basic, aggregated analytics.
• Browser storage: your shopping bag is saved in your own browser’s local storage so it’s still there when you come back. It isn’t sent to us until you check out.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

2. How we use information

• To process, ship, and support your orders and subscriptions.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and subscription notices.
• To send marketing emails if you’ve signed up. You can unsubscribe any time.
• To respond to your questions.
• To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve it.

3. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Stripe for payments, fraud prevention, and subscription billing.
• Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver your order.
• Cloudflare for website hosting and security.
• Resend (or a similar email provider) to send emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Several state laws, including Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s consumer health data law, protect “consumer health data,” meaning personal information that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Because we sell intimate-wellness products, information such as what you purchased from us could be considered consumer health data.

• What we collect: the products you order, and anything you choose to tell us in messages (for example, about sensitivity or a condition).
• Sources: directly from you, when you place an order or contact us.
• Why we collect it: only to fulfill and support your order or subscription, to respond to you, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use it for targeted advertising.
• Who we share it with: only the service providers listed in Section 3, as needed to provide what you asked for. We do not sell consumer health data.
• Your rights: you can ask to know what consumer health data we have, see the list of third parties we share it with, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent. Email comingsoon@figaintimacy.com with the subject line “Health Data Request.” We will respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if you are still unsatisfied you may contact your state Attorney General.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and Washington), you may have the right to:

• know and access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete your information;
• get a portable copy of your information;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling (we don’t do these); and
• not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email comingsoon@figaintimacy.com. We’ll verify your identity using information we already have (like your order email) before acting on the request. You may use an authorized agent. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our response. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out request.

6. Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you’ve signed up or bought from us and haven’t opted out. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Order and subscription emails aren’t marketing, and you’ll still receive them.

7. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, generally up to seven years. We keep email-list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and our payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

9. Children

The Site and our products are for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and if the changes are significant we’ll give you additional notice.
