Shipping & Returns

Discreet by default

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. There’s no product name on the outside, and the return address reads as our parent company. Your card statement shows Figa Ventures LLC.

Where we ship

We ship nationwide to addresses in all 50 United States, including APO/FPO addresses. International shipping (starting with Canada and the UK) is on our roadmap. We may be unable to ship to states or localities that restrict the sale of hemp-derived CBD products. If that affects your order, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

Rates and timing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed. Carriers sometimes run late.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email comingsoon@figaintimacy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Returns

• Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Email us first for a return address. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Opened products are final sale. We can’t resell or reuse opened intimate products, for everyone’s health and safety.
• Original shipping charges aren’t refundable.

Subscriptions

You can skip, change, or cancel your subscription any time before your next renewal date. Renewals that have already been processed and shipped follow the return rules above. See Section 11 of our Terms for full subscription terms.
